Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding process for clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary HR operations contact for key clients, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across HR functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations. Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR software management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Strong Team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Strong client-focused mindset with excellent customer service orientation.
