Job Overview
This role supports the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, visa and government formalities, employee data and records management, payroll support, and offboarding processes. The position ensures accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations. It also contributes to training coordination, employee engagement activities, HR reporting, and ongoing HR projects, serving as a first point of contact for routine HR queries and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for HR processes, general HR administration, employee relations queries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, feedback collection, and status tracking.
- Coordinate all visa and government-related processes including applications, renewals, labour contracts, Emirates ID processing, insurance cards, visa stamping, and required document collection.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of visa renewals and coordinate related tasks with the PRO.
- Support onboarding by preparing documentation, verifying new-hire paperwork, organizing schedules, and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
- Assist with employee orientation and training program coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations.
- Solid understanding of labour laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- Hands-on experience in Learning & Development activities, including training coordination, and employee development planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
