Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with university guidelines and UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems regularly.
  • Assist in processing payroll, benefits administration, and compensation management tasks.
  • Provide prompt and professional support to staff on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within an academic institution.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural team environment.
