Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to support HR operations at TB&C. The role involves managing day-to-day HR processes, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to contribute to a global, technology-driven company with a collaborative and innovative culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and HRIS updates
- Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor legislation
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and evaluate outcomes
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
- Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
