Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Coordinate and facilitate periodic performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
