Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to support HR initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Facilitate talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws and regulations.
- Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law and current HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with employees and management.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English is essential.
