Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR partnership and consultation to assigned business units.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and support performance management processes.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a strong workforce.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and company policies and procedures.
- Drive organizational change management and foster a positive, productive work culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably within a large group or conglomerate.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
