    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with UAE and ADNOC HSE standards across all operations (onshore and offshore).
    • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and oversee the implementation of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
    • Lead emergency response planning and drills for offshore operations.
    • Oversee and audit Permit-to-Work systems and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols.
    • Provide regular HSE training and awareness programs for site personnel.
    • Prepare and submit detailed HSE reports, including near-miss and incident investigations.

    Requirements

    • 7-10 years of HSE experience in the UAE, with ADNOC and offshore project exposure.
    • NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and OPITO-approved offshore safety certifications.
    • Familiarity with ADNOC’s safety standards and operational requirements.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce HSE practices at all levels.
