Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company Group HSSE assurance program, including site inspections, audits, and reviews.
- Check and consolidate data to prepare monthly company Group HSE performance reports.
- Produce summary learnings from incident investigation reports and share across businesses/subsidiaries.
- Prepare HSE presentations and communication materials.
- Assist in the development of Group HSE standards and manuals.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior HSE role.
- Ideally, experience in global operating and construction environments relating to oil and gas and utilities.
- Strong understanding of HSE principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
