Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or construction.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
