Key Responsibilities
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at the project site.
- Implement and monitor risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
- Deliver HSE training sessions and conduct toolbox talks for workmen and foremen.
- Report and investigate incidents and near misses promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
- Coordinate with client HSE teams and actively participate in safety meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
- NEBOSH IGC certification.
- DEWA approval and other utility approvals in GCC.
- Minimum 5–10 years of construction experience.
- Experience in substation construction projects with DEWA or other utilities in the GCC region.
