    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at the project site.
    • Implement and monitor risk assessments and permit-to-work systems.
    • Deliver HSE training sessions and conduct toolbox talks for workmen and foremen.
    • Report and investigate incidents and near misses promptly.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
    • Coordinate with client HSE teams and actively participate in safety meetings.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
    • NEBOSH IGC certification.
    • DEWA approval and other utility approvals in GCC.
    • Minimum 5–10 years of construction experience.
    • Experience in substation construction projects with DEWA or other utilities in the GCC region.
