Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage HSE-related activities of vendors and contractors.
• Prepare HSE reports for management review and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HSE Officer in the UAE/GCC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• NEBOSH Level 3, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, UAE regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
