ENPI Group is seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Supervisor to coordinate, support, and advise the business on all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE). You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, implement safety standards, and foster a culture of safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE standards, processes, and training programs.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage work permit systems and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs, policies, and training modules, conduct safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate safety records and reports, including audits and certifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (or equivalent).
• ISO Internal or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of plant processes, hazardous materials, and risk assessment.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
