    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement and monitor HSE standards, processes, and training programs.
    • Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments.
    • Manage work permit systems and ensure compliance with government regulations.
    • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
    • Develop SOPs, policies, and training modules, conduct safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
    • Maintain accurate safety records and reports, including audits and certifications.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • NEBOSH IGC certification (or equivalent).
    • ISO Internal or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
    • 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, with proven supervisory experience.
    • Strong knowledge of plant processes, hazardous materials, and risk assessment.
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
