Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate guest satisfaction across all resort touchpoints.
- Oversee guest feedback channels and ensure prompt and effective resolution of concerns.
- Train and empower staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences.
- Monitor and analyze guest experience metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Champion a guest-centric culture throughout the entire resort operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a guest relations or experience management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable service improvements.
- Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, given the international clientele.
