Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Manage salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.
