    Polyclinic.ae is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrator to assist the HR Manager with daily HR operations and administration. The ideal candidate will maintain employee records, support recruitment processes, and coordinate various administrative tasks to support the growing team at our multidisciplinary premium clinic in Dubai, Jumeirah.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR systems.
    • Support recruitment processes for medical and non-medical staff (CV screening, interview scheduling).
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
    • Coordinate visas, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and licensing processes.
    • Track attendance, leaves, shifts, and timesheets.
    • Provide general administrative support in the HR department.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role (healthcare experience is an advantage).
    • Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
    • Fluent in English required; Filipino is a strong advantage.
