    A leading technology company, through its trusted recruitment partner, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team remotely within the EMEA region. This role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to grow in HR while supporting the people behind the technology.

    As part of the HR team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, from employee onboarding to compliance, while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
    • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately.
    • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.
    • Prepare HR-related documentation such as contracts, policies, and reports.
    • Respond to HR queries from employees and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate employee training sessions, engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
    • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and data privacy regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of HR support experience (tech industry preferred).
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
