Job Overview

IPH Limited is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its Sydney office. This role is ideal for a HR Advisor with solid generalist experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a crucial role in supporting employees and People Leaders across Australia and New Zealand while contributing to group-wide HR initiatives.

This is a hybrid position, offering both on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, within a supportive and high-performing global HR team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Leaders to provide HR advice, coaching, and support across the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver effective ER/IR advice to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across IPH Group member firms
  • Support senior HR Leaders in implementing people solutions and HR projects
  • Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement initiatives
  • Travel to IPH Group offices across ANZ when required

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist, with strong advisory capability
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, industrial relations, and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global HR team
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
  • Willingness to travel across ANZ offices as part of role requirements
