    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the full cycle of recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff members to ensure a smooth integration.
    • Help in organizing and coordinating staff training and development programs.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.

    Requirements
