    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate HR activities across construction sites and labor camps.
    • Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and renewals.
    • Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
    • Handle payroll preparation, including overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR within a building construction or MEP company.
    • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, payroll systems, and HR policies.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
    • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
