Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate manpower requirements for the respective Business Unit.
- Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews.
- Lead the onboarding process for new recruits.
- Drive talent management and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure timely and qualitative performance appraisals.
- Address employee queries and generate division-specific reports.
Requirements
- Experience in managing HR for a Logistics function is an advantage.
- Post Graduation in HR.
- 3-5 years of experience as a generalist.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law.
