Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full employee life cycle: onboarding, offboarding, and exit formalities.
- Manage and support payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRMS/SAP systems.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, training, and development activities.
- Manage HR operations for a large workforce of 500+ employees across 3 business units.
Requirements
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within cluster hotels.
- Strong background in handling a large employee base (500+).
- In-depth knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Currently working in UAE with a reputable hotel/star hotel background.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
