Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and leave management.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll and maintain HR documentation accurately.
- Manage HR operations independently and coordinate with site teams and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC countries (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently.
