    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and leave management.
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Support performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes.
    • Coordinate payroll and maintain HR documentation accurately.
    • Manage HR operations independently and coordinate with site teams and management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience in GCC countries (mandatory).
    • Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage HR operations independently.
