Key Responsibilities
- Assist management in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
- Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
- Monitor hiring processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain employee records and files accurately.
- Support processing and maintenance of payroll records.
- Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications for correspondence and data management.
