Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new staff.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Arabic and English speakers only.
