    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer and ensure compliance with HR policies, programs, and procedures.
    • Support the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for new employees.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
    • Assist with performance management processes and employee relations matters.
    • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
    • Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations in Singapore.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
    • Solid understanding of HR best practices and Singaporean labor laws.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
