Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Support HR initiatives and programs, including performance management and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Help manage employee benefits programs and payroll coordination.
• Provide support for training and development activities.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (2+ years preferred).
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
