    Key Responsibilities

    • Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across sales, operations, and management.
    • Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
    • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
    • Prepare and negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and help enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, RERA, and MOHRE regulations.

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years of solid HR and recruitment experience; real estate exposure is a strong advantage.
    • Confident in sourcing, evaluating, and closing the right talent.
    • Strong command of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
    • Clear communicator with sharp follow-up skills.
    • Good grasp of UAE job market trends.
    • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, RERA regulations, and standard HR practices, along with a reliable industry network.
