Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional HR operations, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance across organizational design, change management, and talent development.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and provide coaching to managers.
- Support the delivery of organizational change programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, data management, and HR Administration.
Requirements
- Experience in HR management or business partnering within a multinational, or corporate environment.
- Work experience in the Technology Industry is preferred.
- Influential communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Experience overseeing HR projects, leading engagement initiatives, and navigating employment legislation within the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
