    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage regional HR operations, policies, and strategic initiatives.
    • Provide expert guidance across organizational design, change management, and talent development.
    • Manage complex employee relations matters and provide coaching to managers.
    • Support the delivery of organizational change programs and leadership development initiatives.
    • Oversee HR operations, data management, and HR Administration.

    Requirements

    • Experience in HR management or business partnering within a multinational, or corporate environment.
    • Work experience in the Technology Industry is preferred.
    • Influential communicator with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
    • Experience overseeing HR projects, leading engagement initiatives, and navigating employment legislation within the UAE.
    • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
