Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law.
• Advise leadership and employees on HR matters with clarity and discretion.
• Drive talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
• Support organization-wide growth, transformation, and change programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR leader in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and contemporary HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High discretion handling sensitive and confidential matters.
