    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in Human Resources operations, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
