Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources operations, preferably in a consulting or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
