Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality one-on-one IBDP tutoring to students from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop tailored lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Guide students through challenging IBDP concepts, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their academic potential and build confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student performance, and communicate progress to relevant parties.
Requirements
- Strong academic background, preferably with personal experience in the IBDP or similar curricula.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible tutoring schedule.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is advantageous but not strictly required for entry-level applicants.
