Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ERP implementation team, ensuring successful deployment projects across all client accounts.
- Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth and consistent implementation processes.
- Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and executed.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and performance improvement.
- Drive process improvements, workflow optimizations, and innovative solutions to increase departmental efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, project management, or technology deployment.
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams, preferably in software or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
