Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for EPC & Shutdown projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Understand shutdown scopes, estimate man-hours, and manage costing effectively.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and tender submissions accurately.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Planning & Commercial teams to ensure seamless proposal development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Proposal / Tendering roles within EPC & Shutdown projects.
- Hands-on regional proposal experience in Kuwait and/or Iraq.
- Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical & Industrial Shutdown proposals.
- Capability to independently handle end-to-end EPC & Shutdown proposal lifecycle.
- Experience in technical & commercial bid preparation.
