Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end IT incident management process.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of critical incidents to minimize service disruption.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.
  • Communicate incident status, impact, and resolution updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to restore services and prevent future incidents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Incident Manager or in a similar IT operations role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quick resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment.
  • Experience with incident management tools and reporting.
