    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial adhesives, coatings, or related materials, with a proven UAE market track record.
    • Strong people leadership experience, with a record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.
