Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all industrial operations and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for production efficiency, quality improvement, and sustained growth.
- Manage, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams within the industrial sector, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial management or a similar director-level role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of strategic planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational best practices, and relevant industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and drive measurable results in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
