Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major IT projects, including system implementations, digital transformations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, vendors, and external partners.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and realistic timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis and approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- 10 – 12 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong expertise in project planning, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
