Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux-based).
• Manage Active Directory including user/group creation, permissions, and group policies.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
• Administer Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enforce IT policies and standards.
• Set up and troubleshoot PABX systems and telephonic infrastructure.
• Provide desktop and technical support to staff (Windows, printers, network issues, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of server installation and configuration (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO management.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate and/or Dell SonicWall firewalls.
• Familiarity with telephony systems (PABX) and biometric devices.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.
