Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical review and validation of architectural and engineering projects.

• Manage technical information flow and maintain accurate project archives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a technical office role within the real estate or construction sector.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of local construction regulations and building codes in Peru.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and precise communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
