    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate and conduct regular business reviews with existing customers via phone and Zoom.
    • Leverage internal data tools to drive performance optimization.
    • Coach and train existing clients while onboarding new clients.
    • Understand existing customers’ needs and identify upsell and growth opportunities.
    • Execute Renewals on time and with quality.
    • Forecast accurately, close sales, and achieve sales targets.

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of experience in a sales account management or renewal focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace or subscription based business.
    • Experience managing a base of existing B2B customers through the full renewal and growth cycle.
    • Strong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, and problem solving.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone and meeting management skills.
