Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspection and supervision of construction works on-site.

- Perform technical oversight and auditing (interventoría) of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report deviations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or similar role, preferably 10+ years.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and project documents accurately.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions for construction-related issues.
