Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and implement solutions within the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
- Collaborate with technical leads, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of defects and issues within Guidewire applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Guidewire Developer, with expertise in PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Strong proficiency in GOSU, Java, and related Guidewire technologies.
- Solid understanding of core insurance business processes and concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
