    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the analysis and assessment of credit applications and customer financial data.
    • Support the credit risk team in monitoring portfolio performance and identifying potential risks.
    • Help with data collection, preparation, and presentation for various risk reports.
    • Learn about credit scoring models, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to financial risk management and process improvement.
    • Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.

    Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Eagerness to learn about credit risk, financial markets, and the fintech industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment.
