Candidates should be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cost control tasks, including beverage spoilage posting and inventory depletion.
- Monitor banquet and event beverage consumption, ensuring accurate postings and reporting.
- Conduct regular spot checks, audits, and stock takes for outlets, special events, and themed nights.
- Prepare monthly reports, including menu engineering, inventory variance, and cost of sales reconciliation.
- Support accurate financial tracking through discount analysis and journal vouchers.
- Contribute to cost efficiency by maintaining strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong Excel working knowledge.
- Good Time Management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
