Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Director in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to pre-opening marketing initiatives for new hotels.
• Participate in digital content creation and optimization across multiple channels.
• Track, analyze, and report marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including presentations and reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital content creation tools.
• Familiar with marketing campaign development and able to analyze data.
