Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements, incorporating feedback from review sessions.
- Collaborate with the legal team to support document review processes and maintain an effective working environment.
- Develop and maintain an efficient document management and record-keeping system with the company secretary.
- Support company secretarial duties, corporate governance activities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle compliance documentation, regulatory submissions, and contribute to policy review and revision discussions.
- Prepare accurate meeting minutes and resolutions, and support project timeline management to meet deliverables.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Middle East experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Previous internship or experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
