Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central support for the Membership Experience team.
• Coordinate reservations and experiences across hotels, dining, wellness, and transportation.
• Build strong member relationships by understanding individual preferences and needs.
• Proactively anticipate challenges and collaborate with on-property teams.
• Support operational and administrative tasks including member calendars and tracking systems.
• Be present on-site for key member visits and events.

Requirements

• Previous experience or an internship in Luxury Hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of HNW lifestyles and luxury service expectations.
• Highly organised and solutions-driven.
• Tech-savvy team player with strong IT and CRM skills.
