Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Collect and analyze process data to identify areas for efficiency and yield enhancement.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
- Participate in projects related to new process development and implementation.
- Document process specifications, procedures, and experimental results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, JMP, Python) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
