Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and policies.
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations in the system with attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and special requests.
- Support the sales team in promoting offers and seasonal promotions to increase revenue.
- Participate in upselling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
